Nitin has 20+ years of experience in drug development and has actively contributed to various drug delivery products from new chemical entities to drug delivery applications. He has held senior positions at Elan, Alkermes, ALZA (J&J), and also served as the Co-Founder of Incline Therapeutics (acquired by The Medicines Company)

Rahmi Oklu, MD, PhD, FSIR
As an interventional radiologist, Dr. Oklu treats a wide variety of disease conditions including venous and arterial disease and cancer; patients with these conditions are the inspiration for his research. In the past five years, Dr. Oklu has received six NIH Research Project Grant (R01) awards. Dr. Oklu submitted eight patent applications in 2021 for novel biomaterials and catheters, and his work has been published in 197 peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Oklu is also a professor of radiology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.

Samir Mitragotri, PhD
Samir Mitragotri, PhD Prof. Mitragotri is Hiller Professor of Bioengineering and Hansjorg Wyss Professor of Biologically Inspired Engineering at Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He has made groundbreaking contributions to the field of biological barriers and drug delivery. His research has led to the development of new materials and technologies for diagnosis and treatment in the fields of oncology, autoimmune diseases, metabolic diseases, trauma and infectious diseases. He is an elected member of the NAE and NAM, and an elected fellow of NAI, AAAS, CRS,
BMES, AIMBE, and AAPS.

Dexter D'Sa, PhD
Dexter has 15+ years in drug development across technical, strategic, and site/team leadership roles. He has been involved in developing innovative manufacturing technologies and processes, formulation development, establishing GMP clinical manufacturing facilities and CMC leadership in pre-clinical to commercialization of three currently approved and marketed products. He has held senior positions at AstraZenenca, been an early part of a startup team that was aquired for $1bn+, and has led various strategic and technical based teams.

Patricia Oto, Rph
Patti has 35+ years of executive leadership experience with regulatory and quality oversight. Prior to joining CAGE Bio, Patti served as the Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at InCarda Therapeutics. She has held positions at Astex Pharmaceuticals, Chrono Therapeutics, Incline Therapeutics (acquired by The Medicines Company), Onyx Pharmaceuticals (Amgen), Corgentech (Anesiva), Coulter (Corixa, GlaxoSmithKline), Genentech (Roche), and Syntex. Patti has worked on global regulatory submissions in several therapeutic areas.
